Our Logo:

Dynamism meets infinite opportunities.
The use of gradients played a vital role in this logo design concept. Firstly, it creates dynamism and movement. Combined with the overall shape of the ‘50’ icon, the logo appears to move forward, connoting Penang’s boundless efforts of continuing its growth and legacy far into the future. Secondly, it expresses Penang’s embrace of technology and digitalisation as we approach a new era of industrialisation.
An emblem of the future.
This logo seeks to portray Penang’s vision of industrialisation development as the State approaches a new era of digitalisation. Inspired by the binary code, this logo utilises basic geometry to highlight 50 years of industrialisation, creating a distinct futuristic icon.
United for a common goal.
Furthermore, the synergistic relationship between the public and private sectors in Penang is represented by the gold circle placed front and centre within the composition. Symbolising unity, this circle honours their efforts that have been a driving force of the State’s economic durability for the past 50 years.
Our Tagline:

The success of Penang’s transformation over the last five decades have laid the groundwork for the State to unlock limitless potential. The tagline for this celebration aptly describes the State’s ambition to capitalise on this springboard and forge ahead with all stakeholders towards a high-income economy, driven by digitalization, sustained excellence and innovation.
